Our thoughts and prayers are with our friends in Japan who are impacted with this horrific natural disaster.
We still have not heard from our friend, Miho who lives in Tokyo. We are hoping she is fine.

On Friday morning, when I read the news about the earthquake and tsunami on Facebook, I immediately asked Kathryn to switch the TV channel to CNN. The kids protested because they were watching their morning kids show. But they need to see this. How do you explain to your children who horrific this event is? They need to understand how blessed they are..

Hug your family and let them know you love them! Enjoy all the moments you share with them.
