I have a 2 year old now!

Our little one is now officially 2!

Happy Happy Birthday to Aiden. Mommy and Daddy loves you very very much, as do your two sisters.
We are sorry you are not feeling well and is quite the whiny child, but you are in your terrible-twos, right? ;)

Because he was not feeling well, we did not go out to celebrate his birthday as planned.
Instead, Daddy went out to get some Japanese food home. Yummy sushi rolls and bento boxes, and Agedashi Tofu for the birthday boy. Unfortunately Aiden has a sore gum, so did not eat dinner at all. Additionally both girls got time-outs for not behaving. Let's just say I ate way too much that night because the kids did not eat (much).

We also had to cancel his birthday party at home because I did not want to spread his germs to his friends.
But we did wait for Daddy to get home from work to cut his Woody & Buzz cake, and to open his presents.

Opening Aiden's presents. We got his a truck and a learning Giraffe bicycle play-thingy.
I've had them since July 2010! 75% off at Walmart, so I could not resist :)
The truck had been downstairs in storage ever since. Aiden found the Giraffe the last few months, and had just been pushing whatever buttons he could push while it was still in the box. He was so happy we finally opened it!

Kathryn made a really nice card and a stuffed parrot for her brother, but was so disappointed when Aiden tossed them aside. Can't blame Aiden because we were opening the truck at that time :)
