Halloween 2010

We had a great Halloween again this year. Apparently it either rains or snows here during Halloween, so getting a dry day in the 40-50F temperature is a lucky thing.

Both girl had Halloween parties in their classrooms on Friday, and that was fun. We bought cookies for Chloe's class, whilst I made a snack for Kathryn's party.

We had 3 parties over the weekend. Whew! It was a jam-packed 2 days. First it was my MOMS Club Halloween party, and then Kathryn had 2 birthday parties to go to. Thank goodness I had stocked up on some board games which were on sale, a couple months ago. If not, these birthday parties are getting expensive! There are another 2 birthday invites sitting on the desk right now for the coming 2 weekends. Oh boy...

On Halloween day, we went trick-a-treating with some friends and we got lots of candy! I sold the candy to my dentist and got $10 for each child. Not bad, eh? This was AFTER they had taken quite a few of the candy already.

We hope everyone had a great Halloween weekend too. Now I should try to get some sleep.. Need to wake up in about 3.5 hours time! Then it's off to NYC!

My little cow. This outfit has been such a good deal.
I bought it for $7 when Kathryn was almost 2, and it's been worned 3 times!

Trick-a-Treating with Kat's classmate and her family, who we have gotten to know quite well recently

Kat, the witch, with her good friend and classmate.
Hubby volunteered to help out at the Halloween party in her class that day, which I helped to organize the games.
I painted a big pumpkin for the 'Pin the Nose on the Pumpkin' game,
and made zombie fingers our of cheese sticks for snacks. Forgot to take a pic of the fingers!

Chloe, my dragon. Also a hand me down from Kat!

Trying to get a kid photo, but Aiden was way too busy looking at those pumpkins :)

Adrian is so cute in the cow costume and Chloe looks adorable like a little lost dragon. Kat's witch is so stylish. I can imagine the children having a fun time during Halloween in USA. Halloween is slowly starting to make its mark in M'sia now.
