I was just thinking about this today -
When your kids are babies, like Aiden is now, all you want them to do is call you 'mama'. It's a competition between hubby and yourself to see who the child will call first. For Aiden, we think it will be hubby because 'pa, pa, pa..' is what he is babbling most these days. He calls me by giving loud squeals. LOL!
As for the 2 girls, they both called me first. So I am perfectly fine if Aiden calls hubby first.
Anyways, that was then. Now with the 5 and 2 year old, I caught myself saying this to them the other day:
"Girls!!! I do not want to hear one more 'Mommy!','Mommy!' for the next 2 minutes!!!"
Nowadays it is not a good thing when I hear a symphony of "Mommy" because I would then need to mediate a fight, help with a boo-boo, etc...
Sigh...

Tyler is definitely a daddy's boy and dada and daddy came wayyyyy ahead of mummy! But after 21 months, i was finally treated to word "mommy"!! How sweet those sound!
hahaha....so very true. i need to stop rachel from calling me nowadays!!!!
