Supposingly working (OK.. I actually did)

OK. I am blogging, whilst I am supposed to be working.
I'm bored...

Looking through all those documents is making me bored.
I have my cup of Milo and cookies that Mom brought from Malaysia right next to me.
This will surely add on a few pounds if I continue this for more days.

Anyway, we are having lots to do this weekend.
I have my appointment to get my hair cut. Yay! I love Diem, who does my hair.
It's my girly time, where I can just relax. And she is so nice to talk to. Since she is the only stylist in the whole place, it is nice and relaxing.

Then we are meeting Chloe's godparents and godbrothers for some play time at our local 'beach' by the lake close by our house. It's going to quite hot, so I might not bring Chloe there.

Then we have some friends over for dinner. Mom is making her famous Melaka Laksa, I think. If she can find the ingredients. Hubs just drove mom and Chloe out grocery shopping. This will then be followed by some poker, if we have enough players :-)

It is Father's Day weekend, and hubs birthday is next week.

So I have printed out a recipe for a Japanese cheesecake. Will I even have time to make it?
Hmm.. will let you all know. I am also tempted to try out a recipe for Serimuka Kuih. But probably shouldn't be too ambitious.
