Hot, Hot, Hot

I'm been working from home a little bit more, just because of how my current client is like.
The one good thing is that I don't have to commute.
Which is good considering how crazy gas prices has been. The last time I checked it's about $4.50 a gallon now. Whew! This means we have been using the Prius (our hybrid car) a lot more.

The bad part of working at home is that I have to hide upstairs and be really quiet because Chloe goes all crazy when she knows I'm home. Poor grandma has to suffer trying to calm her down and distract her.

The other part is that it's starting to get hot. The temperature has been hitting the 80s these last couple of days, and my house does not have AC!!!! My productivity is just not at a 100%. All I want to do in the afternoon is to snooze.

And in the evening, we need to get out of the house because at that time it's cooler outside than in the house because of all the heat trapped in the house. Kat and Chloe loves us taking them for a walk or a tricycle ride to the park right by our house.

Ok.. got to get back to work now. But the fan here in the home office is lulling me to sleep. Oh my...
