Kat, the big sister

Some of you might be wondering how Kat has been treating her sister.
Well, she loves her, & wants to hold & kiss her all the time
Almost a little too much, actually.. :)

She comes straight back from school all dirty & nasty, and the first thing she wants to do is to hold & kiss her baby Chloe. Ack!!!!!

And so we have to drag her to get cleaned up first.
After she gets cleaned up, she does this slightly annoying baby talk to Chloe - very, very high-pitched, and right into Chloe's face. I think Chloe is not at all happy with that. Haha!!!

And Chloe does not get any good sleep when her big sis is around. Kat is one very loud girl!
It does not help at all that Chloe is a super light sleeper.

Other than that, she has been quite a good girl.
But we have noticed that she has been acting up slightly, probably to get attention.

For example, she started drawing on the furniture, which she has never done before. Boy, did she get a big time out & punishment, which was not getting to wear dresses to school for one whole week (she was super upset about this)
And she would purposefully not listen to us on some occasions, which got her another time out and punishment - No tv for the rest of the day (but hubby forgot, and let her watch some in the evening. I was busy feeding the baby)

Well, I hope she gets over this soon. I know that when Chloe gets a little older and more responsive the 2 sisters would have so much fun together.

As for now, she is enjoying the extra attention from the grandparents who are in town.
She has gotten especially close to my dad, who would play pretent with her, and also eat kuaci with her! She sits on grandpa's lap, whilst he bites the skin off for her. :-)

p.s. Notice the dress that Kat is wearing. It is for 2 years olds and so it is too short for her. But she can still wear it because she is so lanky aka skin & bones.
