My husband has a new baby

No, No, No.. our 2nd baby girl is not here yet.

This baby has 2 doors, 4 wheels and goes fast.

Well, my hubby just bought himself a 2002 mini-cooper!
It is one of his dream cars :-)

So he has been looking for a car, since we think we should have a spare care for the grandparents to drive when they are in town. So the CRV will be for that purpose. And the hybrid car is for me to drive, since i get car-pool.

So after 3 days of used car searching he came upon an ad for this car, and it was only for $9k!
He went up to Oakland to check it out and for a test drive, and was sold on it.
Bought it the very same day.

It really is kind of cute. Kat loves it. She calls it the bumpy ride :-) And she was very annoyed when Daddy took the car seat back to the CRV today.

Well, that is Daddy's new baby/toy. It's a stick shift so I can't drive it.
The last time I drove a stick shift was when I was taking my driving exams. Gosh - That was more than 14 years ago!

So hubby has been busy with the car, and also rummaging through the garage for the remainder of the baby stuff.
We still can't seem to find the baby bouncer and the sterilizer. Do you know the latter costs about $90 now. Crazy!!! It's just a little machine that boils water and keeps the baby bottles clean. Why would it cost $90. Since I told him how much a new one costs now, he is determined the find it. But that means going through quite a number of boxes :-)

He is quite tired. He is sleeping with Kat in her room now, and I can hear their two breaths/snoring through the baby monitor now. So cute..

Alrighty.. got to get to bed myself.
