Disneyland!

Hi all!

We just got back from Disneyland and Legoland.
It was great at the parks and with lots of fun at the beach too!
But tiring because we did the 7 hours drive. Whew....

We left early Sunday morning, stopped for breakfast 2/3 of the way, and then got into Anaheim at about 10am. It was straight on to Disneyland! We booked our vacation using AAA, and free parking was included. We actually ended up using the free parking everyday even though our hotel was a 10 minutes walk away.

Ok, so we go into California Adventure Park first. And who do we see? JoJo the circus clown!
She's one of Kat's favourite characters on the Disney channel. But Kat gets scared. She just stood there looking at JoJo and refused to go near her to take a picture. Disappointing. But I think it's because she found it wierd that JoJo came out of the tv. It isn't the first time that she has seen a character from a cartoon though. When she was 15 months old, she saw Barney, Big Bird, Elmo, etc. when we went to a Comcast event.

Anyway, before that we had bought an authograph book so that she can collect authographs from the characters. So we walk along more into the Animation building, and we see Chicken Little! So we asked Kat whether she wanted to get Chicken Little's authograph in her nice book and with her gold pen. It worked! Off she went, and we got the picture.

Ok.. got to spend time with Kat now. She just woke up. Blog more later... Bye!
