Great birthday - Part 2

The celebrations did not stop there.

We were supposed to have dinner with our friends, to sort of celebrate my birthday. My choice for dinner was Japanese food. Yummy..

Anyway, hubby missed several calls on his phone while he was taking a nap with Kat. So I checked who called, just in case it was urgent.
3 different friends called, and all around the same time.

Hmm.. something fishy.

And I was right! Hubby had planned a surprise party with some other friends.
He was so bummed that I saw through his plans...

So we had a very nice time having yummy food and chatting.
I had an excellent papaya birthday cake with fruits at the top from Chinatown. Sounds wierd, doesn't it? But very delicious and just right - not too heavy or light.

Didn't take any pics on our camera. but our friend did. Will get the pics from her and will upload it then.
