The weekend is here!

It's been a tiring couple of days.



Last Thursday night we attended Ben's sister's wake. We had to leave Kat with Calrice and Richard for about an hour. This was the first time we have ever left her with someone other than family. Calrice later told us that Kat started looking for us immediately after we left. A couple of tears later, slightly soothed by the Baby Einstein videos, and we were back to pick her up. CK is also slightly annoyed that Kat only said 'Ma-Ma' and not 'Pa-Pa'!



In general, Kat has been more clingy. She seems to be looking for me all the time. Dr. Yang says that it's a normal development in a baby's life. So.. I guess we would have to be patient.



We watched Passion of the Christ last night. I found it pretty interesting and quite horrifying to see the torture. Anyways, it was a nice movie night.



Unfortunately we did not get much good sleep because Kat decided to turn nocturnal again for two nights in a row. For what reason, I don't know.. sigh.. And she insist on hanging out in our bed and not in her crib. Not good, when we only have a queen size bed.



This morning, we went to Trader Joe's for some grocery shopping. So now my dear husband is making me 'Pad Thai'. Can't wait..
